ICL’s Code of Ethics was adopted by the ICL Board of Directors, and it applies to the Board itself, senior management, including ICL’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Controller and any other persons who performs similar functions, as well as all global ICL employees.
The Code is based on a platform of six core values for the pursuit of long-term sustainable growth, and one core principle of obeying the law, regulations, professional rules, procedures and our compliance programs. The Code acts as a global guide that applies to all ICL Group companies, sites and employees throughout the world. New employees joining the Company must agree to follow the Code of Ethics, as well as ICL’s Business Partners who are required to follow ICL’s Code of Ethics core values.
The most recently updated version of the code was released in 2021.

In 2020, approximately 70% of all ICL global employees and managers completed training regarding the Code of Ethics. This is a significant increase compared to last year.
ICL’s target is to increase annually the number of employees and managers that undertake training, and it anticipates a further increase in the percentage of employees completing the training.
