The digital era includes many opportunities for human development. However, it also causes a significant Technological disruption, creating new challenges to societies worldwide. More and more professions must make quick and frequent adaptations to this changing world, to maintain their relevance. Therefore, stakeholders are now expecting large businesses to expand their corporate responsibility practices to re-training, re-skilling and expanding the skillset of their entire workforce, including professional and non-managerial employees.
The operators of tomorrow will need to be able to handle a digital workplace.

In 2019, ICL’s plant in Neot Hovav embarked on a path for operational excellence with an understanding that digitization is happening in every aspect of our life and especially in the workplace.
To usher this new kind of industry successfully, ICL’s plant at Neot Hovav created a unique program for its operators. The program had two main aspects, professional development and personal growth.
The participants of this program were carefully selected. The operators of different facilities in the plant met, some for the first time, and worked to solve problems. Some were training exercises and some, real world problems.
The program was a success and there is great demand in the Neot Hovav plant for the next session.
