Goals for 2030

Absolute GHG emissions Scope 1, 2, reduction of 30% by 2030 (vs. a 2018 baseline)
The share of renewable energy in energy consumption increased continuously, from 2% to reach a share of 15% renewable energy by 2030.
Increasing circular economy solutions by 30% YOY by 2030.
Reducing ICL’s fresh water consumption in water stressed regions by 30% by 2030 (vs. a 2018 baseline).
Promoting Sustainable Procurement – as part of the Ecovadis – TfS program. Annual goals:
- Valid assessments – 460
- New & reassessments – 120
- Reassessment improvements – 60%
Promoting environmental responsibility of our employees by raising awareness and training.
Achieving and maintaining leadership positions in ESG reporting and rankings.
Transparency and open dialogue with environmental organizations.
Contributing 1% of income per year (before taxes) to community initiatives that are selected in alignment with ICL’s social involvement and community. empowerment strategy
Annually increasing employee volunteering by 10% relative to the 2019 baseline.
